Free shipping on orders of $50 or more within the US
Shipping costs will automatically be calculated and added to your order.
 Shipping options: USPS First Class Mail, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, USPS First Class Mail Intl, USPS Priority Mail Intl, USPS Priority Mail Express Intl.
You will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days using USPS with our standard shipping. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders when shipped. Free shipping is valid on orders of $50 or more shipped to a single U.S. address after promotions and discounts are applied.  Taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement.

Returns Policy 

If you have any problems with our products, we are here to help!
All items on sale, accessories, sunglasses, or promotional items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Orders placed using a discount code are final sale
We will gladly accept returns (except items marked SALE) within 7 days from the time you receive your shipment for store credit or refund.
Swimsuits that are being returned for a refund, exchange or store credit must be sent back in new condition with original tags attached, hygienic liners, packaging, boxes, in original condition.
Items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable. 
Due to health regulations, Suits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Wendolin Designs discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled and not sell-able, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense or the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. 
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at  (help@wendolindesigns.com) within 3 days. Ship items back within 7 days of receiving your merchandise to ensure your return is properly processed and we will happily repair or exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item or store credit. False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once placed as processing begins immediately.

Exchanges 

We are not able to process exchanges right now, if you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund minus shipping and handling, then place a new order.   

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@wendolindesigns.com
 Once a return is created, the return must be received within 10 Days.
Note - If you return over $500 in a 3 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you directly via email if you are no longer eligible for our general return policy.

Lost Packages

No refund for lost packages, due to incorrect address or Postal services mistakes, international buyers are responsible for any tax duties if applicable.
If the address provided to Wendolin Designs when you place your order is not correct and the package is returned to us it will be your responsibility to provide us with additional shipping funds so that we can try shipping it again to a different address for you.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BIKINI?
Our swimwear is constructed of the finest fabrics and trims that are delicate in nature. Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While all of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. We recommend that you avoid sitting on or up against rough surfaces, - keep a towel handy and keep your bum comfy! After a dip in the ocean or pool, rinse bikinis off with freshwater. This keeps your suits looking vibrant. Swimwear is not made to be thrown in the washing machine. All swimwear should be hand washed separately in cold water. Line dry or dry flat, do not wring, twist, or iron.
